If you want to find out the secrets of Ancient Greek, traditional Cretan and Greek cuisine, all you have to do is attend the cooking lessons organised by the The Food Project with chef Rigas Rigopoulos (also the owner of Cretan taverna Saligaros in Exarcheia).

In 2 hours you will have made tasty dishes, according to the chef's instructions, which you will also have the chance to enjoy at the end. Lessons take place at The Food Project venues, either in Saligaros (up to 8 persons) or at the specially designed space in Kerameikos (for more than 8 persons) with the beautiful Cycladic-style courtyard.

The lessons last for 2 hours, and if you wish to take part you have to book at least one day in advance.
